- Manage and track inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast purchasing needs based on sales trends.
- Evaluate vendor performance and assess quality of products received.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
