Job Description:
- Pick up and deliver parcels/packages safely and on time
- Ensure proper handling and security of parcels during delivery
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
- Scan parcels correctly using company procedures
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates
- Collect COD payments and remit collections properly
- Follow traffic rules and company safety policies
- Submit delivery reports and complete required documentation
- Provide excellent customer service during every delivery
- At least High School Graduate
- With valid Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License
- Familiar with local routes and areas
- Can use GPS, Google Maps, and mobile applications
- Physically fit and willing to work under pressure
- Honest, responsible, and customer-service oriented
- With own motorcycle or Tricycle
- With updated OR/CR (if using own motorcycle)
- Willing to work flexible schedules and overtime if needed
- With good moral character and no pending violations
