JIMBOY LECHON MANOK AND LIEMPO
* Skillfully prepare and cook Lechon (whole roasted pig) and Liempo (grilled pork belly) to perfection.
* Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation of all dishes.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the cooking process.
Manage the Grilling Process:
* Monitor the grilling process closely, adjusting heat and cooking times as needed.
* Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the grills and related equipment.
* Assist in the preparation of marinades, sauces, and other accompaniments.
Support Kitchen Operations:
* Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen inventory.
* Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
* Proven experience in grilling and roasting meats, particularly pork.
* Deep understanding of cooking temperatures, timing, and the importance of maintaining consistent quality.
* Knowledge of different marinades, sauces, and seasonings used for Lechon and Liempo.
Physical Stamina and Endurance:
* Ability to stand for extended periods, often in hot and humid conditions.
* Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, such as whole pigs.
* Physical stamina to handle the demands of grilling and maintaining the grill area.
Attention to Detail and Hygiene:
* Meticulous attention to detail in ensuring the proper cooking and presentation of Lechon and Liempo.
* Strong understanding and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
