We are looking for an experienced, passionate Chef to take charge of our kitchen, uphold our high food standards, and lead our culinary team. Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Leadership: Oversee daily kitchen operations, food prep, and plating to ensure consistent quality and flavor.
- Authentic Cooking: Masterfully prepare our signature Turkish menu, including specialized meat grilling, pitas, and traditional stews.
- Menu & Quality Control: Maintain exact recipe standards and present dishes beautifully according to authentic traditions.
- Inventory Management: Manage kitchen stock, and reduce food waste
- Safety & Hygiene: Enforce strict health, sanitation, and food safety standards across the kitchen area.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or Head Cook. Experience with Turkish, Middle Eastern, or Mediterranean cuisine is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent grilling and knife skills, deep knowledge of food safety, and strong kitchen leadership abilities.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage a kitchen staff and handle high-volume dining hours smoothly.
