Visual Merchandising Coordinator

The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing displays that enhance customer experience and support sales performance. This role ensures that all visual merchandising standards are properly executed across assigned stores, showrooms, or project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative visual merchandising displays in line with brand and project standards
- Implement seasonal, promotional, and project-based display setups
- Coordinate with store/showroom teams to ensure proper execution of visual guidelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor and maintain display quality, consistency, and execution
- Assist in planning store/showroom layouts and product placement to maximize visual impact and sales potential
- Ensure all visual materials, props, and fabrication elements are properly used and maintained
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve overall visual presentation
- Support marketing, sales, and project teams through effective visual display execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, or any related field
- With experience in visual merchandising, retail display, interior styling, or related role
- Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail and aesthetics
- Knowledgeable in visual display techniques, spatial design, and current retail trends
- Good communication, coordination, and project management skills
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel to different store or project locations
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar (an advantage)
