Responsibilities - Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective in-store marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock rotation to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing their inquiries.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on retail trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to Detail, Flexibility, Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment
- Working Conditions: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
