Retail Store Merchandiser

- Visit assigned GT stores and outlets according to the route plan or area coverage.
- Ensure proper display and visibility of products in stores (e.g., shelves, racks, countertop displays).
- Monitor stock levels in-store and report out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
- Place and replenish point-of-sale materials such as posters, wobblers, and shelf-talkers.
- Check for product freshness, remove expired or damaged items, and report accordingly.
- Coordinate closely with Sales Representatives to support promotions and new product rollouts.
- Maintain good working relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
- Submit daily activity reports, including photos of displays, competitor activity, and store concerns.
- Gather market intelligence, including pricing, competitor displays, and customer feedback.
- High School graduate; College level preferred.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in merchandising, preferably in General Trade accounts.
- Familiarity with local store network (sari-sari, groceries, and wholesalers).
- Must be willing to roam across multiple locations daily.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be physically fit to carry light stocks or merchandising materials.
- Motorcycle with a valid driver’s license is an advantage (if roving across wide areas).
