- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts.
- Create and present customized logistics solutions.
- Handle account negotiations and contract renewals.
- Work cross-functionally with operations for service coordination.
- Provide account performance reports and insights.
- Resolve client concerns with urgency and professionalism.
