We are seeking a confident and motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team in a Remote capacity. At Brother Processing Solutions, we help businesses simplify payment processing with reliable merchant services and exceptional customer support. What You'll Do
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective business clients.
- Introduce our services and qualify potential leads .
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to drive business growth.
- Update CRM records with accurate call notes and contact information.
- Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture leads.
- Meet daily call and appointment setting goals to contribute to team success.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in cold calling , telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills , both verbal and written.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and objection handling skills .
- Self-motivated, committed, organized, and goal-oriented with a drive for results.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset for effective remote work.
Nice to Have
- Experience in merchant services , payment processing, POS systems, or B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce.
