About the role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Real Estate Marketing Specialist to help promote properties, generate leads, and strengthen the company's online presence through digital marketing, social media, and engaging real estate content.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties, projects, and services.
Create and manage social media content for property listings, promotions, and company updates.
Create engaging photos, videos, property reels, captions, and other marketing materials.
Edit videos and property tours for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
Assist in creating marketing materials for houses, condominiums, commercial properties, and other real estate listings.
Monitor social media trends and develop creative content ideas relevant to the real estate market.
Manage and maintain social media pages and regularly post property-related content.
Assist in promoting property listings to increase inquiries, leads, property viewings, and potential sales.
Coordinate with sales agents to gather property information, photos, videos, prices, and other listing details.
Monitor engagement, inquiries, and campaign performance and provide basic marketing reports.
