• Answer and manage customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Address inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve concerns with confidence
• Deliver accurate information while following established call flows and processes
• Document and log customer interactions following quality standards
• Coordinate with higher-level support teams for concerns outside your scope
• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment Who We’re Looking For
• Senior High School (K-12) graduate or College undergraduate
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome—no BPO experience required!
• Good English communication skills
• Active listener with a customer-first mindset
• Able to follow call procedures and company guidelines
• Basic computer and internet literacy
