Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in a call center or customer service role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Empathy and patience in dealing with customers
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team environment
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
