Standard Shift / Office Hours (To be confirmed during initial interview)REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences, or any related engineering field. 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment, preferably bakery or commercial food processing. Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Demonstrate effective shift leadership and active line supervision. Enforce strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and lean manufacturing standards on the breadline.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Supervising shift floor operations and staff for the breadline production unit. Monitoring product quality, output efficiency, waste reduction, and line safety.
