PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FOR FOODLINE & BREADLINE
- Compensation: Competitive monthly salary of ₱25,000 – ₱30,000
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Shift Management: Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily shift operations for either the Foodline or Breadline to ensure targets are hit.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Strictly implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, and food hygiene protocols across the plant floor.
- Process Efficiency: Apply basic lean manufacturing tools like 5S and waste reduction to maximize line efficiency and cut losses.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate shift personnel in full compliance with local labor laws.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences , or any related engineering field.
- Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of solid supervisory experience handling shift operations within a food manufacturing environment. (Direct background in commercial bakery or commercial food processing is highly preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep, working knowledge of GMP, HACCP , food safety regulations, and lean principles (5S).
- Traits: Sharp attention to detail, highly organized, and an excellent communicator capable of handling large production teams.
WORK SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS
- Location: Pasig City (On-site / Plant-based)
- Schedule: 6 days a week | Must be flexible to work shifting schedules and holiday duties to support continuous, round-the-clock line operations.
