Record to Report Associate (Accounting)

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain ledgers.
- Assist in month-end closing processes.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 6 months to 1 year experience in accounting roles. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in SAP, Quickbooks, and accounting software; strong skills in general ledger accounting and financial statements.
- Work Set Up: Hybrid 3x RTO in a month
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and strong communicator.
