Accounting Associate

Accounting Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports in both accounts payable and accounts receivable and performing other accounting duties. Ensuring the confidentiality and financial data or records of the company.
Account Payables
- Processing invoices and checking accuracy of invoices.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Preparing accounts payable invoices.
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables.
- Preparing cheques for payment.
- Filing invoices into the accounts payable system
Account Receivable
- Prepare and send out invoices.
- Researching past due accounts.
- Contacting clients for payment resolution.
- Recording and reconciling payments.
- Issue invoices and bills.
- Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts.
- Filing invoices into the accounts receivable system
- Graduate of BS Accountancy/ Finance or any equivalent.
- With at least 1 year of working experience in accounting.
- With Background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is a plus
- Knowledgeable in BIR matter, Government compliance is a plus.
- With strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office application
- With complete government mandatories
- Can start ASAP
