Sales Operations Analyst

Description - Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and performance metrics.
- Support the sales team with operational processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance to align sales strategies and objectives.
- Maintain and improve the sales CRM system to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Provide training and support to sales staff on new tools and processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales operations or analysis.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
