As the face (and voice) of our brand, you’ll be the hero for our customers, turning frustrations into solutions and building loyalty with every conversation. Account Type: Financial Account
- Up to 22K Salary Package + HMO & other benefits
- At least 6 months BPO experience
- Willing to start ASAP and onsite
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple windows/tools simultaneously.
- Giving full attention to what customers are saying and asking clarifying questions.
