- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience across all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Senior High School Graduate, or at least 2 years in college (no back subjects), or College Graduate (Old Curriculum accepted)
- With or without BPO experience, training will be provided
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules and onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications through phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions
- Deliver excellent service that meets company standards and customer expectations
