Overview

Where analytics meets imagination. We want someone who grows first-time creators into loyal brand partners and turns performance insights into content that sells. We're hiring a TikTok Shop Activation Coordinator to scale creator programs for a portfolio of personal care and beauty brands. You'll run the day-to-day of sampling and activation with precision. You'll also shape how creators discover our brands, deepen their relationship with them, and keep posting. You'll partner with the Director, Account Strategy on strategy and with the Content & Creator Strategy Manager on content and creator performance.

What You'll Do

Sourcing & Activation: Get The Right Creators Live, Fast

• Recruit creators for each brand every month, matching them to brand goals and building niche creator cohorts around each brand's positioning.
• Evaluate creators on content quality, audience fit, engagement, category relevance and conversion potential.
• Manage the sample process from creator application and approval through shipment, content delivery and performance tracking.
• Coordinate affiliate creators and manage target plan invitations, flat-fee partnerships, and open plan approvals.
• Maintain organized trackers for samples, creator outreach, approvals, links and performance.

Community & Retention: From First Sample To Brand Regular

• Map the creator path from first sample to repeat poster to top affiliate, in partnership with the Director, Account Strategy.
• Create challenges, webinars, in-person events in partnership with brand teams, and recognition programs that build real loyalty, in partnership with the Director, Account Strategy and Content & Creator Strategy Manager.
• Set the tone on Lark, Discord and the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center so creators share wins, learn from each other and stay active.
• Track retention, repeat posting and creator-driven GMV to show the community's impact.
• Identify high-performing affiliate creators who could be strong fits for future paid opportunities and long term growth with brands.

Content & Performance: Let The Numbers Drive The Next Move

All creative work is in partnership with the Content & Creator Strategy Manager.

• Use performance data to decide what to brief next: which hooks, formats and products, and why.
• Write briefs that hand creators a clear, winning angle based on what's converting now.
• Test content formats, such as trend-led vs. product-led, and push winners into paid boosting.
• Read trends and algorithm shifts quickly, and adjust creator direction on the spot.
• Track sample efficiency, creator performance, content output and affiliate GMV, along with AOV, conversion and active affiliates.
• Shape the sampling and incentive plan, deciding where samples, commission boosts and budget earn the best return, in partnership with the Director, Account Strategy.
• Bring weekly and monthly recommendations on what's working, what's next and what to stop.

What We're Looking For

Big-picture thinking, hands-on results. You see the pattern behind the numbers, and you're always testing the next idea that could grow the business.

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years in influencer or affiliate marketing for personal care or beauty brands, with a record of turning one-time creators into repeat partners.
• Experience managing 4+ brands with high creator volume.
• Proven success growing creator communities that lift engagement and sales.
• Strong analytical skills: you set benchmarks, read affiliate and content metrics, and use them to shape creative and business decisions.
• Original ideas and the initiative to test them without waiting to be asked.
• Comfort with Claude, Euka, Lark, Discord, Google Workspace, ClickUp and Slack, or similar tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

• TikTok Shop affiliate experience: samples, TAP links, target and open plans, affiliate dashboards.
• Background in DTC, eRetail or social commerce.
