We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to assist customers, resolve inquiries, and provide a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve complaints and provide solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
