Customer Service Representative

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues and provide product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on service processes and policies.
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Back Office Support, Salesforce, and problem-solving; excellent interpersonal, organizational, and people skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, assist with back-office functions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
