Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic Inside Sales Executives to support a US-based client in reactivating
dormant customer accounts. This is a full-cycle sales role involving research, outreach,
quoting, and order placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct account research and update CRM data
- Perform outbound calls and email outreach
- Re-engage inactive customers and rebuild relationships
- Generate quotes and assist in order placement
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations
Daily Activities (Indicative):
- 60–100 outbound calls per day
- Follow-up emails and responses
- Contact data research (as required)
- CRM updates and reporting
- Customer follow-ups and conversions
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience in outbound/cold calling
- Ability to handle objections and follow-ups
- Basic CRM knowledge
Preferred Skills:
- B2B or international sales experience
- Exposure to US/Canada markets
- Familiarity with CRM/SAP tools
