Sales Specialist (Field Sales, After Sales, or Territory Management)

Job Summary:
- Supervise and manage the dealer network across the Visayas region.
- Serve as the main connection between the company and its dealers, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Oversee both sales and after-sales operations to drive consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor dealer sales targets and spearhead local marketing and sales initiatives to expand the company’s market share in the Visayas region.
- Collaborate with service managers to boost workshop efficiency, optimize parts inventory, and elevate customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.
- Conduct regular audits and “Business Health Checks” to ensure dealer profitability and adherence to global company standards.
- Report to the Cebu Office while traveling across Visayas dealerships to deliver on-site guidance and operational support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Possesses prior experience working with automotive brands or within the car industry.
- Brings 2–4 years of expertise in Field Sales, After-Sales, or Territory Management.
- Exposure to dealer network operations is considered a strong asset.
- Willing to travel extensively across the Visayas region for dealership visits.
- Holds a valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable and amenable to driving four-wheel vehicles.

- Php35,000-Php40,000 (negotiable)
- Mon to Fri (Flexitime)
