- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service processes.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in a customer service role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Experienced in problem solving and organizational skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call centre operations and account management preferred.
