We are seeking a Procurement Professional with a strong technical and administrative background to manage the procurement cycle and the operational integrity of our contingent workforce.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategic industrial purchasing and the analytical rigor required to audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance within a high-demand manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Procurement Management: Execute the full acquisition cycle for technical materials and services, from evaluating engineering specifications to issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and tracking delivery.
- Process Audit & Control (CW Analysis): Oversee and validate documentation for external services and contracts, ensuring that system records (SAP/Fieldglass) align perfectly with operational and financial execution.
- Technical Negotiation: Lead bidding processes, evaluate vendor quotations, and negotiate commercial terms to optimize costs while ensuring uncompromised industrial quality.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all procurement transactions adhere to government regulations and internal corporate policies.
- Data Optimization: Analyze vendor performance metrics and propose continuous improvement solutions to reduce cycle times and administrative errors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 18 months of professional procurement/supply chain experience (post-graduation) specifically within the Manufacturing sector (Mandatory) .
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Ariba, S/4 HANA, or similar is well accepted ) .
- Core Competencies: Superior analytical capacity, extreme attention to detail, robust negotiation skills, and excellent technical communication in English.
- Availability: Ability to join the position within an approximate period of two weeks .
