Medical Coordinator Assistant

Job Requirements - Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management and/or equivalent course.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in eye care clinic/center is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills and knowledge in the role are welcome to apply .
- Has great communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining patients’ medical records, including personal information, medical history and billing records.
- Creates new medical records
- Retrieve existing medical records by gathering appropriate record folders and contents
- Assigning and recording new records numbers
- Verifying existing record number
- Inputting & recording locations to computer and delivering records
- Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records accordingly and properly
- Observes a high level of confidentiality in all matter related to client /patient information
- Maintains complete, accurate, concise, and updated documentation of patient care.
- Encodes necessary patient information and patient charts in the CRM/CIMS
- Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.
