Human Resources Assistant Laguna

Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Personnel to support the day- to-day HR operations of our company. She will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing timekeeping, administering employee benefits, preparing and monitoring employment contracts, facilitating performance evaluations, and handling various HR administrative functions. This role also requires coordination with partner schools and institutions that provide on-the-job trainees (OJTs). Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.

FEMALE

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.
