Sales Lead

Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and coach Inside Sales Representatives.
- Drive KPI performance through coaching, performance reviews, and action plans.
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, support sales and marketing initiatives, assist with deal closures, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and sales escalations.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to support coaching, strategy, and continuous improvement.
- High school graduate.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes calls and coach representatives to achieve similar results.
- Minimum of 3 years of contact center experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams of 5+ representatives against KPIs.
- Strong track record of coaching performance through reviews, action plans, and effective conflict resolution.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and standard sales and reporting tools.
- Able to independently analyze and interpret KPI data.
- Experience supporting the growth and scaling of sales teams or processes.
- Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced startup environment.
