Sales Group Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Generate new business and close deals while modeling best practices.
• Provide expertise in sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for seamless sales-to-service alignment
• Manage, coach, and motivate Inside Sales Representatives.
• Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive team culture.
• Set clear goals, KPIs, and development paths for team members.
• Create personalized growth plans for career progression
• Track performance and implement skill and productivity improvement strategies
• Ensure effective pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
• Monitor metrics to spot trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Streamline sales processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.
• Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas
• Leverage insights to design training and development initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree required or High School diploma with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and the ability to independently lead and close sales calls.
• Proven ability to manage high-value, high-pressure calls end-to-end, including rapport building, objection handling, and closing, while coaching others to do the same.
• 5+ years of contact center (B2B/SaaS) experience.
• 3+ years in a managerial role with direct ownership for revenue targets.
• Strong track record in coaching, goal setting, and performance management, with measurable team improvement results.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM reporting tools, with the ability to leverage pipeline data for coaching and workforce planning.
• Experience scaling sales teams or functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proven experience launching or scaling new accounts, campaigns, or operational processes from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success leading business improvement initiatives or implementation projects.
