Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician
- Responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components. Ensure all facilities are in safe, working order for tenants and staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform maintenance tasks as required.
