Responsible for maintaining and repairing the physical structure, systems, and equipment of the building. Tasks include troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building issues to ensure the facility operates smoothly.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in building maintenance or similar roles
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and physical stamina
