- The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on the building’s systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general facility upkeep. The technician ensures that all equipment and infrastructure are functioning properly and addresses issues promptly to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Proven experience in building maintenance or related field
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physical stamina for manual labor tasks
