B2B Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to support the growth of our IT software business. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, engaging corporate and SMB clients, and driving revenue through the promotion of software solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and lead generation platforms
- Conduct product presentations and demos aligned with client business needs
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value of the company’s software solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business clients
- Coordinate pricing discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Work closely with technical and product teams to stay informed on solutions and gather client feedback
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales activities, pipelines, and client records in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales; experience in software or technology is an advantage
- Understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or IT solutions is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex software solutions to business clients
- Experience using CRM and sales productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to corporate industries such as finance, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) or IT project environments
- Existing network of B2B clients or professional industry contacts
