- An HR Officer (Human Resources Officer) is responsible for managing various HR functions within an organization. They play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. HR Officers ensure that the organization’s HR policies and practices align with legal regulations and promote a positive and efficient work environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Some roles may prefer advanced degrees (Master’s or MBA).
