Community Care and Social Services Representative (Voice)
Qualifications:
- College graduate, or completed 2 years of college with 6 months of BPO experience, or SHS graduate with 1 year of BPO experience (old curriculum HS graduates not accepted)
- Good English communication, interpersonal, analytical, and comprehension skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
Salary & Benefits:
- ₱23,000/month upon hire (₱18,000 basic + ₱4,000 premium allowance + ₱1,000 flex fund)
- 20% night differential
- Day 1 HMO (employee), dependent HMO upon certification
- Life & accident insurance
- Annual performance-based salary increase
- 13th and 14th month pay
Responsibilities :
The role is to assist members in accessing and understanding these social determinant services, which often complement medical care. The account support members in accessing community care services - social services, care management, transportation, meals, housing support, and non - medical services that improve health outcomes.
