College Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months BPO experience
Senior High School Graduate with 1 year solid BPO experience
(Old curriculum High School Graduates are currently not accepted)
Excellent English communication skills
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and comprehension skills
Willing to work in a shifting schedule and onsite environment
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding community care and support services.
Assist members with service requests, account concerns, and general assistance.
Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to help resolve customer needs.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Provide empathetic and professional support while handling sensitive customer concerns.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Supports member accessing community services - social services, care management, and non medical services that improve health outcomers.
