Shopify / E-Commerce Assistant (Remote) — Keep a Growing Online Store Running Like Clockwork
Picture this: a customer lands on one of our client's Shopify stores, everything looks clean, the product info answers their questions before they even ask, stock is there when they hit "buy," and if they leave a review — good or bad — someone's actually listening. That "someone" is you.
We're TalentPop App , and we help e-commerce brands run tighter, better online stores. We're hiring a Shopify / E-Commerce Assistant who takes real ownership of the small details that add up to a smooth shopping experience — because in e-commerce, the details are the business.
The basics:
Fully remote — open to applicants in the Philippines, South Africa, Jamaica, and Pakistan
Pay: Paid in USD, hourly — your income holds its value, no matter what's happening with local exchange rates
Use code AGA26 when you apply — it helps our team fast-track your profile.
A typical week looks like:
- Rewriting or tightening product listings so they read better and actually convert
- Sweeping the storefront for broken links, typos, or outdated content before customers spot them
- Keeping an eye on stock levels and flagging replenishment before it becomes a problem
- Replying to customer reviews in a way that builds trust, not just damage control
- Refreshing banners, landing pages, and product photos to keep the store feeling current
- Going back and forth with vendors on POs, inventory, and fulfillment timing
You'll do well here if you:
- Have at least a year of real hands-on experience with Shopify or e-commerce work
- Actually enjoy the operational side of online retail, not just the creative side
- Can manage your own workload without someone checking in every hour
- Write clearly and catch details other people miss
- Don't get rattled when three things need attention at once
At home, you'll need:
- A laptop/PC with at least an Intel i5 (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM
- Internet that can actually hold a 25 Mbps up/down connection
What's in it for you:
- A permanent work-from-home setup — this isn't a "for now" arrangement
- Health and dental coverage
- Holiday bonuses plus performance incentives
- A generous PTO allocation
- Real chances to grow inside the company, not just stay in one lane
If keeping an online store sharp and running well sounds like your kind of satisfying, we'd love to see your application.
Apply now — and don't forget code AGA26.
