About the Company
We are seeking an E-Commerce Content & Catalog VA to support a lighting products company with maintaining accurate product information across websites and e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain product descriptions, specifications, pricing, inventory, and catalog data
- Manage product spreadsheets and ensure data accuracy
- Upload and organize product images and digital assets
- Perform website and catalog audits to identify and correct issues
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Graphics teams
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, product catalog management, data entry, or a related field
Required Skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong written English and proofreading skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS, or catalog management systems is an advantage
- Acumatica experience is preferred but not required
Preferred Skills

Pay range and compensation package
$3.75 - $6.5 per hour
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
