Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across the telecommunications business, with a strong focus on sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and timely hiring delivery.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in high-volume and specialized recruitment, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and attract qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from job requisition and sourcing to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, social media, and other talent channels.
• Source and attract qualified candidates for technical, corporate, commercial, operations, and specialized telecommunications roles .
• Conduct initial screening, competency-based interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, technical capabilities, and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring recruitment timelines and hiring targets are consistently met.
• Prepare candidate profiles, interview endorsements, recruitment reports, and other hiring documentation.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, background checks, pre-employment requirements, and offer discussions.
• Provide candidates with a positive and professional recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify potential candidates and emerging talent pools.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, hiring volume, and pipeline conversion .
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent market conditions, sourcing techniques, and industry hiring practices.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable labor and employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field .
• At least 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment , preferably with experience handling both corporate and specialized roles.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing is required.
• Strong background in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Experience handling technical or telecommunications-related positions is highly preferred.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use recruitment data to improve hiring strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
• Willing to work on-site in Metro Manila, Monday to Friday .

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience recruiting for roles in telecommunications, technology, IT, engineering, network operations, sales, customer service, corporate functions, and shared services will be highly considered.
