Subject Matter Expert - Transfer Operations

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Subject Matter Expert - Transfer Operations .
In this role, you will:
- Assist Manager of Operations in supervising the team’s daily operations.
- Ensure that daily fail trade matters and unmatched reports are followed through to resolution.
- Monitor and follow up on failed trades to achieve high settlement efficiency.
- Investigate discrepancies in trade details with traders, relevant operations teams and counterparties to avoid operation loss.
- Participate in user acceptance tests for new products and system.
- Provide back up support for other peers groups within Global Processing Team.
- Follow up discrepancies / un-reconciled breaks.
- Participates in systems testing (UAT) whenever required / assigned.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Good judgement and decision-making skill.
- Knowledge of operation of Euroclear and BBH system and other custodian platform.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
