Jetty Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all jetty and terminal throughput activities in accordance with the Operations Manual.
• Ensure all activities meet international safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Coordinate seamlessly between the company and joint venture (SPC) partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), DENR, and LGUs.
• Manage contractual obligations, including the Foreshore Lease Agreement (FLA) and Permit to Operate (PTO).
• Oversee all environmental, health, safety, and security (HSSE) audits and inspections.
• Oversee the Major Operational Expenditure (OPEX) budget, adhering to the 60%-40% cost-sharing structure.
• Propose and justify Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) for jetty upgrades and improvements.
• Monitor operational costs and manage third-party service provider expenses.
• Enforce strict HSSE policies and conduct comprehensive risk assessments.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for jetty efficiency.
• Provide regular operational performance reports and recommendations to OPCOM.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years experience in terminal operations, port management, or oil & gas logistics.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, PPA requirements, and HSSE standards.
• Proven ability to manage joint ventures, multi-stakeholder operations, and complex budgets.
• Prior experience with Shell or other major oil & gas operators.
• Knowledge of foreshore lease agreements and port asset transfer regulations.
• Relevant certifications in HSSE, PPA compliance, or Terminal Operations.
