Customer Service Representative - Retail Account

Level Up Talent Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its Retail Account. This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-focused, patient, and comfortable assisting customers with retail-related inquiries such as orders, products, payments, deliveries, returns, refunds, and general account concerns. The Customer Service Representative will provide professional and timely support while ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast-paced onsite BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to retail products, orders, delivery status, returns, refunds, payments, and account concerns.
• Provide accurate and helpful information based on account guidelines and company policies.
• Assist customers in resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Follow proper verification, escalation, and customer handling procedures.
• Maintain quality service, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate for any segment.
• High School Graduate candidates may qualify if they have Expro 2+ or relevant experience based on account requirements.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Baguio.
• Willing to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple tools.
