Production Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that biosecurity protocols are complied with
- Conducts proper monitoring of health condition by doing daily rounds
- Initiates prompt identification and medication of sick animals
- Diagnoses disease or any abnormal conditions through physical and behavioral observation as basis for proper treatment
- Monitors the mortality and morbidity rate of all departments being supervised and collects data of established facts
- Oversees vaccination based on protocol
- Monitors the proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedure in Farrowing or Wean to Finish
- Performs the planning of working schedule for subordinates to sustain manpower requirement
- Consults and coordinates with the Farm Manager of matters that needs to be addressed in the specific area of responsibility
- Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree of Agriculture, Animal Science or related fields
- With at least 2 years of experience in a swine farm
- Able to stay-in the farm premises at Pinamungajan, Cebu
- High adaptability and problem-solving skills
- HMO upon regularization
- Government-mandated benefits
