Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
- Working Conditions: Flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
