Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented approach to customer interactions.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
