- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and offering recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Product Management: Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure items are correctly labeled and priced.
- Cash Handling: Operate the register, process transactions, and handle cash or card payments accurately.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to interact with customers, address their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication and active listening skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle transactions, calculate totals, and process payments accurately.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to keep stock organized, maintain clean shelves, and manage store layout effectively.
- Flexibility and Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with others to meet store objectives.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring products are correctly priced, tagged, and displayed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift light to moderate weight, and perform other physical tasks.
- Previous Retail Experience (preferred): Experience in a similar role is a plus but not always required.
