Your Profile in Warranty Service
Must have at least 2-3 years of relevant warranty support experience
Ideally with experience/knowledge in PC/Computers
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Proven excellence in phone and customer service manner and skills
Good negotiation and persuasion skills (ideal)
Good computer skills and a good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

Demonstrates integrity, honesty, flexibility, and a positive attitude, even under pressure
Excellent time, task, and detail management; results-oriented and reliable with minimal supervision

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS
Customer support
To provide a high level of support on warranty claims and process these claims via:
Supplier online portals
Phone engagement with Suppliers
Email engagement with Suppliers
All warranty items transition through the entire Warranty system in a timely manner while meeting set KPI.
Keeping all relevant information about the warranty item and its progress up-to-date in the warranty system so that the Customer Service team can receive all updates in a timely manner.
To escalate Warranty concerns and demands to the appropriate warranty team leader or manager as necessary.
