- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to guarantee safe food handling practices.
- Support the cooking and plating process during peak service times to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Perform dishwashing and cleaning duties, ensuring all kitchen items are sanitized and properly stored.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with kitchen staff.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under direction of chefs and supervisors.
