- Assess borrower needs, evaluate loan applications, and provide excellent service.
- Evaluate and approve loan applications.
- Assess clients' financial backgrounds and credit risks.
- Provide guidance on loan options and terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
- Assist in the documentation and closing process.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with typical business hours; may involve client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Professional, empathetic, proactive, and able to work in a team.
